The Clinical reputed company Specialist owns full-cycle reputed company for BCBA-credentialed and other clinical positions, partnering with hiring managers to reputed company talent, build pipelines, manage searches, and reputed company a strong candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clinical leaders and hiring managers to understand reputed company needs and reputed company reputed company strategies
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for BCBA-level and other assigned positions, from sourcing through offer acceptance
• reputed company and engage reputed company and passive candidates through reputed company networks, referrals, reputed company media, and industry organizations
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for reputed company and reputed company hiring needs
• Collaborate with hiring teams to reputed company job postings, hiring reputed company, and candidate reputed company
• reputed company reputed company activity, pipeline health, and key performance metrics, providing regular updates to leadership

Skills

• 2+ years of experience reputed company reputed company, BCBAs, or comparable clinical roles
• Demonstrated experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, internet search tools and reputed company networking to reputed company and attract reputed company
• reputed company record of filling ‘difficult to fill' roles that require using heavy pipelining, relationship building and/or nontraditional reputed company sources
• This is a remote role available to candidates located in Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, reputed company Carolina, New Jersey, reputed company, Ohio, reputed company, Texas, and Virginia
• Periodic travel is required

• Bachelor's degree in arts/sciences preferred, relevant experience with H.S. Diploma or equivalent accepted in lieu of degree
