[Remote] Training Operations Program Leader

The role leads workforce readiness, training demand planning, reputed company management, escalations, analytics, learner support, and reputed company improvement initiatives while partnering with field service and global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• reputed company operational programs supporting technical training delivery and workforce readiness across the US & Canada Service organization
• Translate training demand, business priorities, workforce readiness requirements, and resource constraints into actionable operational plans that support field readiness and business objectives
• reputed company training demand planning, reputed company forecasting, resource optimization, and backlog management activities to improve training accessibility, compliance, and utilization
• Serve as the reputed company operational leader for training demand, reputed company, and escalations, partnering with field service leaders and global stakeholders to reputed company critical readiness needs and optimize training reputed company
• Partner with field service leadership, Area Service Leaders, Market Service Directors, Training Enablement Specialists, and Global Program Managers to understand readiness requirements and continuously improve training effectiveness
• Analyze operational metrics, forecasts, dashboards, and business trends to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement actions that support strategic decision-making

Skills

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in technical training operations, workforce enablement, training compliance, workforce readiness programs, or service training operations. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or high school diploma/GED, required
• Demonstrated experience leading reputed company cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
• Experience using operational metrics, dashboards, forecasting tools, analytics, or business intelligence platforms to support decision-making and reputed company measurable reputed company
• Demonstrated program or project management experience, including planning, prioritization, execution, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation
• Experience supporting customer-facing operations, workforce readiness programs, technical training compliance programs, training operations, or service organizations
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify reputed company causes, evaluate alternatives, and implement sustainable solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with employees, leaders, and cross-functional partners

• Experience leading Lean, Kaizen, reputed company improvement, or process optimization initiatives

• Experience working with global teams and stakeholders in a matrixed organization
