[Remote] IT Software Engineer

The IT Software Engineer designs, develops, tests, implements, and maintains software and application solutions, collaborating with business users and technical teams to support reputed company operations and application reliability.

Responsibilities

• Designs, configures, tests, implements, and maintains solutions with limited direction
• Responsible for delivering project assignments of reputed company to high complexity which includes application design, and configuration build. Interacts with the customer user community in a courteous and reputed company manner to secure business requirements; reputed company technical requirements translation and work directly with Software Development engineers reputed company development is needed to meet business objectives
• May reputed company Product Release management functions which may include developing test plans, reputed company test plans, facilitating with end user for end user acceptance testing and may reputed company application validation scripts for ongoing operations team
• Interacts with business teams to reputed company application requirements and installation plans
• Contribute to and maintain a thorough understanding of application standards, policies, and procedures and
• Participates in ensuring transition to operations functions have occurred to Technical Analysts resources for successful ongoing operational support

Skills

• Bachelors or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training, and experience in a reputed company environment, upon hire
• 2-4 years' experience working in IT as an Application Systems Analyst or Technical analyst type role
• OnBase support experience

• Experience working with project life cycle or project management methodologies
• 4 or more years' experience application support, implementation or development experience with applications in a hospital or medical reputed company industry
