The Senior AWS reputed company reputed company Administrator will administer AWS-based telecommunications infrastructure, manage reputed company reputed company and reputed company services, monitor and secure systems, automate provisioning, support backup and recovery, and participate in DevSecOps, reputed company, and on-reputed company activities.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support reputed company-reputed company infrastructure powering Telecommunication systems, with a strong reputed company on AWS-hosted services, including AWS reputed company, EC2, and S3
• reputed company day-to-day reputed company administration tasks reputed company AWS GovCloud, including provisioning, configuring, monitoring, and patching Linux-based virtual machines
• Manage telephony workloads and services reputed company AWS reputed company, ensuring high availability, reputed company, and performance for mission-critical communication
• Monitor reputed company reputed company performance using CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and reputed company, diagnosing and resolving infrastructure issues to maintain 24/7 uptime
• Implement and maintain reputed company hardening, encryption, IAM roles, network policies (VPC, reputed company reputed company), and multi-reputed company authentication to reputed company with reputed company standards
• Utilize Infrastructure as reputed company (IaC) tools such as AWS CloudFormation, Ansible, or Terraform to automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration
• Support secure data backup/recovery processes for reputed company environments, aligning with federal continuity and audit requirements
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices in collaboration with reputed company developers
• Participate in reputed company reputed company ceremonies, including planning, stand-reputed company, retrospectives, and reputed company demos
• Serve in an on-reputed company rotation, ensuring reputed company response to service-impacting incidents in telecommunication systems

Skills

• * Minimum of a Secret Clearance
• * Deep understanding of AWS reputed company operations, reputed company reputed company configuration, contact reputed company integration, and AWS Lex/reputed company integration
• * In lieu of AWS reputed company, experience with any Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platform such as Azure Contact Center, reputed company reputed company CX/3CX, reputed company, reputed company CXone, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Webex Contact Center/Webex CC, reputed company, GoToConnect/GTC, reputed company, reputed company Contact Center
• * Experience implementing and managing AWS Identity and reputed company Management (IAM), CloudWatch, S3, EC2, and CloudFormation
• * Relevant Azure or any secure GovCloud environment can be substituted for AWS experience
• * Familiarity with networking concepts in reputed company environments including VPC, routing tables, reputed company reputed company, and load balancing
• * Experience working in an reputed company organization (Scrum, Kanban, Jira, reputed company, or preferably reputed company.)
• * 7+ years of experience administering Linux systems
• * Hands-on experience automating reputed company infrastructure using Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar
• * Knowledge of reputed company reputed company best practices, including NIST 800-53 and FedRAMP-reputed company controls

• * Work schedule: Schedule is an 8-hour day shift Monday – Friday
