[Remote] RPS Payroll Operations Processor II

The Payroll Operations Processor II will update and process routine and non-routine retirement plan payroll files, ensure accurate payroll reporting, reputed company files that are not in good order, monitor work queues, and escalate issues while balancing work across multiple plan sponsors.
Responsibilities
- You will support and promote change management and/or departmental/reputed company initiatives
- You will reputed company routine & non-routine reputed company, applying limited but increasingly more discretion reputed company role
- You will reputed company retirement plan payroll files not in good order by contacting the appropriate internal/reputed company stakeholder and obtain information necessary to reputed company the issue
- You will monitor incoming work queues and mailboxes and ensure items are completed in a reputed company manner
- You will escalate issues/concerns to management
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED or minimum associate degree in lieu of required experience
- 2-3 years' experience in a processing or similar experience that aligns directly to the duties and responsibilities of the role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with others in a fast-paced, team environment
- Ability to maneuver through multiple systems/databases/platforms/software
- Proven ability to be adaptable/flexible as business needs change
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company)
- Retirement plan operations experience
- Data entry experience in a fast-paced, team environment
- Intermediate reputed company reputed company skills and knowledge
- Ability to evaluate information and the implications of a course of reputed company or solution
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task while maintaining strict attention to detail
- Solid relationship management skills with internal and/or reputed company clients (e.g. management, peers, colleagues, customers, etc.)
