[Remote] Technical Support Customer Service

The role provides Tier 1 assistance with reputed company reputed company, application navigation, email, reputed company 365, and general technology issues while delivering excellent customer service. Representatives will troubleshoot problems, document resolutions, and collaborate with escalation teams in a high-volume support environment.

Responsibilities

• * Financial services industry experience is a plus but not required
