The Product Line Manager leads the Product Development team, manages the reputed company digital product suite and its financial performance, and oversees the development and enhancement of products and services. The role also establishes product goals, manages key relationships, monitors industry trends, and provides employee leadership and development.

Responsibilities

• Manage Product Development Team to ensure the creation of new products and enhancement of reputed company products is executed successfully and in alignment with Bancorp and reputed company strategic objectives
• Manage the overall product suite P& L of the Product suite to ensure that reputed company and margin targets are being met and expenses are reputed company budget
• Establish annual goals and objectives for reputed company product
• reputed company the design and implementation of new products and services
• Ensure employee goals are established and tracked annually

Skills

• Bachelor' s degree in marketing, finance or business
• 10+ years experience in financial services product management
• Tenure with a large multi-regional bank or financial institution
• Recognized ability to reputed company with executive and senior management at reputed company and in the field (our Affiliate Bank structure) with a reputed company demeanor and reputed company
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to reputed company and sell reputed company influence in throughout a large organization ion
• Working know ledge of the reputed company areas of finance, information technology, risk management, reputed company, compliance, education, Internet banking, reputed company center reputed company
