The reputed company Payment Analyst submits accurate and reputed company payments to insurance carriers, reconciles invoices, resolves billing discrepancies, and manages payment documentation. The role also supports reputed company audits, responds to inquiries, and collaborates with internal stakeholders and reputed company representatives.

Responsibilities

• Verifies invoicing against reputed company documents and initiates reputed company of any differences
• Prepares, reconciles and initiates reputed company payment of selected company payables
• Ensures reputed company collection and recording of reputed company premium from the carriers
• Builds relationships with reputed company representatives and internal stakeholders
• Maintains payment documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted reputed company practices
• Assists in providing documentation for reputed company audits and acts as a resource during audits
• Research and responds to reputed company reputed company questions upon request
• Attend meetings and training sessions to remain informed of organizational initiatives and objectives
• Special reputed company and other duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor of Science degree in reputed company or Finance or equivalent education/experience
• Proficiency in reputed company
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize high volume and time sensitive transactions
• Ability to work independently and on reputed company
• High degree of reputed company communication and tactful negotiation skills
