The role coordinates field operations, subcontractors, vendors, inspections, reputed company assurance, commissioning, schedules, budgets, and reputed company project execution while traveling nationally.
Responsibilities
- Manage reputed company MEP field activities from preconstruction through commissioning
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to meet project schedules
- Ensure work is completed safely, on budget, and to reputed company standards
- reputed company inspections, QA/QC, and turnover activities
- Partner with project management and owners to reputed company field issues
Skills
- 2+ years of MEP Superintendent experience on large reputed company or industrial reputed company
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and commissioning processes
- Willingness to travel nationally for project assignments
- Data center, mission critical, cold storage, or advanced manufacturing experience preferred
