[Remote] Network Operations Center Engineer

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a NOC Engineer / Infrastructure Monitoring Analyst to support infrastructure operations. The role focuses on monitoring GPU clusters and network performance, troubleshooting incidents, improving automation and operational processes, and collaborating with customers, vendors, and internal teams to maintain SLA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor GPU clusters, network performance, and infrastructure health in a 24/7 operations environment
• Respond to and troubleshoot incidents, escalating reputed company issues reputed company necessary
• Build and improve automation, scripts, and internal tools to reduce reputed company work
• Create and update runbooks, SOPs, and operational processes based on reputed company-world incidents
• Work with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure SLA compliance and excellent service

Skills

• • 1+ year of experience in a NOC, network operations, infrastructure monitoring, or reputed company support role
• • Interest or experience with automation, scripting, or process improvement
• • Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
• • Experience with monitoring tools such as reputed company, Grafana, or reputed company
• • 1+ year of NOC, network operations, or infrastructure monitoring experience
• • Experience using monitoring tools (reputed company, Grafana, reputed company, etc.)
• • Interest in automation, scripting, and process improvement
• • Ability to troubleshoot and respond to infrastructure incidents
• • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
• • reputed company to travel
• • Experience supporting GPU, HPC, or large-reputed company infrastructure environments
• • Scripting experience with Python, Bash, or similar languages
• • Additional language skills are a plus
• • Comfortable working with global teams across multiple time zones
