Skills
- 5–7 years of experience in business analysis, process analysis, requirements gathering, or reputed company roles
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Experience creating process diagrams, workflow documentation, and business process maps
- Strong experience writing user stories, acceptance reputed company, functional requirements, and test cases
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar work-item/project management tools
- Hands-on experience with functional testing and UAT coordination
- Excellent written, verbal, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams
- Position is primarily remote , with Oklahoma reputed company, OK as the designated location
- In-person attendance may occasionally be required for meetings or project activities
