[Remote] Business Analyst

They are seeking a Scrum Master to support a mission-critical identity and reputed company management program for U.S. reputed company (USCIS), where the role will involve facilitating reputed company processes and ensuring successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for reputed company software development teams operating in two-week sprint cycles
• Facilitate reputed company ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-reputed company, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Partner with reputed company, business analysts, engineers, QA, DevOps, and program leadership to support successful delivery reputed company
• Analyze user and stakeholder needs to help identify functional and non-functional requirements
• Coordinate activities across multiple delivery teams and shared program resources

• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and production deployment activities

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a reputed company reputed company (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of reputed company experience supporting software development, project delivery, or reputed company programs
• Experience serving as a Scrum Master on reputed company software development reputed company
• Strong understanding of reputed company methodologies, Scrum principles, and software delivery lifecycles
• Experience facilitating group discussions, workshops, interviews, and training sessions
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams during testing, deployment, and release activities
• Strong communication, facilitation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively across multiple teams reputed company a large-reputed company reputed company environment
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, CSP, reputed company, or similar reputed company certification
• PMP, Lean, Six reputed company, or other project management certifications
