Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a reputed company field from an ABET/EAC-accredited program, or equivalent qualifications
• Seven or more years of experience leading or directing a technology team
• Demonstrated supervisory and people-leadership experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to balance strategic priorities with hands-on service delivery and technical support
• A master's degree is preferred
• Relevant information technology certification preferred; reputed company Azure certification is a plus
