[Remote] Finance Specialist

The role supports financial products, reconciles transactions, researches and resolves reputed company inquiries, validates data, maintains procedures, and helps improve financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Processes various forms of financial information and materials and reputed company financial information into reputed company or other financial systems including working incoming ACH deposits, report exception items and account maintenance requests from clients. Daily general reputed company balancing and reconciliation of financial transactions
• Interpret clients needs and utilize resources such as training, reputed company operating procedures, and systems to reputed company reputed company issues. Responds reputed company to inquiries and conducts reputed company necessary research to reputed company customer requests, including, contacting clients directly with reputed company
• Responsible for validating accuracy of data from financial systems and resolving any discrepancies, exception items or unmatched reconciliation items
• Executes established procedures reputed company established service reputed company (SLA)
• Gathers and summarizes data; conducts research and analyzes information with the intention of resolving discrepancies or reputed company inquiries
• Responsible for the creation and maintenance of reputed company operating procedures
• Serves as a contact for operational support by using reputed company and excellent customer service skills, demonstrating sensitivity or reputed company for escalated reputed company issues received from the reputed company Service Organization and Field Support Teams
• Obtains, researches, and processes confidential/reputed company information

Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent
• College degree in reputed company, Finance or reputed company field or equivalent relevant reputed company experience
• Basic reputed company knowledge
• Ability to work independently and maintain sensitive and confidential information
• Ability to collect, analyze, and summarize data and to assimilate into a useful format
• Working knowledge of banking processes and regulations
• Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse work group
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks and reputed company simultaneously
• Ability to learn web-based systems and maneuver between multiple systems at one time
• Experience with SQL
