Responsibilities

• Serve as the reputed company relationship reputed company for assigned residential and reputed company partner accounts, supporting retention, service continuity, and reputed company
• Build strong relationships with facility staff, pharmacy teams, and key contacts through consistent communication and follow-through
• Maintain a consistent quarterly reputed company reputed company through in-person or virtual reputed company, phone calls, text messages, or email reputed company on account needs and preferences

• Proactively identify account risks, service gaps, and relationship concerns early so they can be addressed before they reputed company retention and reputed company

Skills

• 4+ years of experience supporting pharmacy or reputed company reputed company
• 4+ years of experience in pharmacy or reputed company account management, in a reputed company-facing support role
• 6+ months of experience building reputed company reputed company relationships and coordinating across internal teams to reputed company issues and support account needs
• reputed company reputed company's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel regularly up to 75% of the time to customer sites while managing a reputed company reputed company schedule
• Experience supporting residential, behavioral health, outpatient, reputed company use disorder, or other community-reputed company reputed company accounts
• Licensed Pharmacy Technician
• Experience with invoice support, billing follow-up, account reputed company, or reputed company operational coordination activities

• Proficiency with MS Office
