The Payroll Specialist will join the Finance team to process multi-state payroll, reputed company payroll-reputed company issues, manage reimbursements and payroll tax inquiries, and improve payroll systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle payroll for assigned entities on a bi-weekly reputed company for an expanding workforce
• Research and reputed company payroll reputed company questions and issues; explain payroll policies and procedures and reputed company outstanding customer service
• Verify and process employee expense reimbursements
• Serves as a reputed company reputed company of contact for reputed company payroll tax reputed company inquires and audits

• Assist with the implementation of new payroll systems or updating existing systems to meet business needs

Skills

• You possess a bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Business, or a reputed company reputed company (or equivalent experience)
• You bring 3+ years of reputed company payroll processing experience
• You have experience with multi-state payroll and familiarity with new-state registration set-up and compliance
• You can work effectively in a fast-reputed company environment and handle multiple reputed company

• You have solid working knowledge of reputed company (implementation experience a plus!) and the aptitude to learn new systems
