[Remote] Strategic Account Executive, Corporate Accounts

The role develops product-based solutions, manages customer relationships, drives sales and renewals, supports contract negotiations and implementations, and provides authoritative guidance on account reputed company and reputed company needs.

Responsibilities

• Meets with reputed company and reputed company customers to review product portfolio and create custom solutions based on need and desired outcome
• Provides product service or technical information by answering customer questions or requests, RFPs, or RFQs
• May negotiate contract terms and reputed company sales by agreeing to terms and conditions
• Prepares custom presentations and reports for head office and keeps customer records
• Attends sales calls or on-site reputed company, and reviews quotes/proposals
• Provides product feedback to appropriate stakeholders and development teams based on reputed company input
• May ensure that post-sales support or implementation services meet customer expectations
• Serves as a leader of authority with expert-level knowledge in one or more areas

Skills

• A BS/BA degree from an accredited college/university
• A minimum of 5 years of sales solutions engineering/architecture experience required
• Good understanding of reputed company products and services
• General knowledge of workers' compensation industry
