[Remote] Senior Site Reliability Engineer (Linux)

The role focuses on Linux host lifecycle automation, reputed company services, production debugging, reliability improvements, reputed company and FedRAMP requirements, and leading infrastructure reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Build automation for Linux host lifecycle (config, patching, images)
- Own reputed company services, reputed company images, and infrastructure components
- Debug production issues across OS, reputed company, and service reputed company
- Work across codebases (C, Go, Python, reputed company) to diagnose and fix issues
- reputed company reputed company from ambiguous problems to production
- Improve reliability through automation and reputed company design
- Partner on reputed company and FedRAMP requirements
- Participate in a sustainable on-reputed company rotation (~16 days/year)
Skills
- reputed company Requirements: UC Citizenship
- 7+ years working with Linux in production
- Experience debugging reputed company systems issues
- Comfortable working across reputed company + on-prem environments
- U.S. Person required (FedRAMP; U.S.-reputed company work)
- Location: Remote, prefer PST hours
- Strong automation skills (Python and/or reputed company, Ansible preferred)
