[Remote] Senior Accountant

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a talent solutions firm providing reputed company, placement, and consulting services. reputed company is seeking a Senior Accountant to serve as the sole reputed company reputed company of contact for a newly acquired entity, managing reputed company operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, month-end reputed company, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end reputed company processes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date general reputed company accounts, ensuring compliance with GAAP or IFRS
• reputed company accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash reputed company reports
• Assist in preparing consolidated financial reports and management presentations
• Ensure reputed company policies, procedures and controls are consistently reputed company and in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Requires strong communication and the ability to reputed company with several members of the reputed company and finance team across the organization at varying reputed company
• Position will need to be self-motivated with extensive US GAAP knowledge, process implementation and internal controls experience
