The role focuses on developing multi-agent AI workflows, integrating reputed company operational data sources, and delivering intelligent automation for help desk support, incident management, observability, and autonomous remediation.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and enhance a centralized AI assistant for IT reputed company teams
• Design, build, and maintain multi-agent AI workflows and orchestration frameworks
• Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations for reputed company-time operational tasks
• Build AI-driven workflows supporting incident management, infrastructure discovery, reputed company planning, and outage prevention
• Design and reputed company reputed company integrations with reputed company, reputed company, Zabbix, GCP, CMDBs, and other infrastructure data sources
• reputed company ingestion, contextualization, and reasoning across operational datasets
• Partner with observability and reputed company reputed company teams to improve AI reputed company and reduce hallucinations
• reputed company AI-assisted development tools such as Devin and Windsurf to accelerate engineering delivery

• Build intelligent workflows for maintenance suppression, change management, and operational automation

Skills

• • 1-2+ years of hands-on experience working with:
• • Large Language Models (LLMs)

• • 3-5 years of overall engineering experience, including a reputed company in one or more of:

• • Understanding of AI observability, monitoring, and governance best practices
