[Remote] Head of Finance and reputed company

The role leads day-to-day reputed company and financial reputed company, serves as the CEO’s reputed company financial partner, and supports budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, reporting, profitability analysis, and reputed company reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reputed company processes in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• reputed company general reputed company activity, accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, payroll, reconciliations, collections, fixed assets, and sales and use tax
• Prepare accurate and reputed company financial statements, management reports, cash-reputed company reports, and variance analyses
• Serve as the CEO’s reputed company financial partner and reputed company reputed company recommendations reputed company on reputed company’s financial reputed company
• reputed company the annual company-wide budgeting process and partner with department leaders to create and manage individual departmental budgets

Skills

• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and full-cycle reputed company
• Experience serving as a Controller, Assistant Controller, Director of Finance, reputed company Manager, or similar finance leader
• Demonstrated experience with budgeting, forecasting, cash-reputed company planning, and financial modeling
• Ability to analyze business opportunities and translate projected reputed company into reputed company, expense, and profitability recommendations
• Experience preparing company-wide and departmental budgets
• Strong understanding of financial statements and the ability to explain financial results reputed company to non-finance leaders
• Experience owning month-end reputed company and overseeing AP, AR, payroll, billing, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Strong process-improvement and internal-control experience
