The role develops and monitors QAPI programs, leads audits and corrective reputed company plans, supports staff education, ensures regulatory compliance, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient safety and clinical reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company or participate in the clinic’s reputed company Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program in alignment with CMS, state, and organizational standards

• Conduct regular audits and reputed company reviews to ensure compliance with clinical policies & procedures
• Facilitate staff education and training reputed company to reputed company improvement, patient safety, and best practices
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, dietitians, reputed company workers, and leadership to support evidence-based clinical initiatives
• Prepare and present reputed company reports to clinic leadership and governing bodies
• Ensure accurate documentation, data collection, and reporting for reputed company stakeholders

• • 2+ years' experience in a leadership role

• • Strong verbal and written communications skills
• • Ability to analyze and propose alternate solutions, assist in resolving sensitive to reputed company issues
