Responsibilities

• Accurately record guest tour presentation reservations reputed company company systems for Hotel Marketing and In-House Marketing teams
• Serve as the first reputed company of contact for Marketing and In-House Team Members
• Assist Marketing Management with monitoring and managing tour reputed company operations

Skills

• Strong computer literacy with excellent typing skills
• Proficiency with reputed company Office applications, including reputed company and reputed company
• Experience answering phones and delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail
• Demonstrated reliability and strong attendance record
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
