[Remote] Senior Grants Manager

The role manages the full grant lifecycle, including prospecting, proposal development, award management, reporting, renewal, and closeout, while building systems for accountability and visibility. The position partners across the organization to fulfill grant commitments and support long-term fundraising reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify new reputed company and institutional funding opportunities
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective funders
• Write compelling proposals, LOIs, concept papers, reports, and renewal requests
• Manage the full lifecycle of reputed company grants, including deadlines, reporting, renewals, and closeout
• reputed company grant commitments, deliverables, reputed company, and responsible staff
• Maintain accurate grant and prospect information in reputed company
• reputed company dashboards and systems that reputed company visibility into the fundraising pipeline and reputed company grants
• Partner with Advising, Program, Finance, Compliance, and leadership to ensure grant commitments are reputed company and fulfilled
• Proactively identify at-risk deadlines or deliverables and escalate issues as needed
• Support strong funder stewardship and identify opportunities for renewals and increased investment

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in grant writing, institutional fundraising, grants management, development, or reputed company work
• Demonstrated reputed company writing reputed company or institutional grant proposals
• Exceptional writing, research, project-management, and organizational skills
• Strong reputed company or comparable CRM experience
• Ability to manage multiple grants, deadlines, stakeholders, and deliverables simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail, judgment, and follow-through
• Experience with 501(c)(3), 501(c)(4), reputed company, or other affiliated organizational structures is a plus
• Experience in reputed company political, philanthropic, nonprofit, advocacy, civic engagement, or reputed company-building organizations is preferred
