[Remote] Clinical reputed company Analyst

The Clinical reputed company Analyst will support end-to-end study-level contracting for reputed company clinical vendor categories across global reputed company, including specification intake, vendor budget development, contract negotiation, and execution of compliant contractual documents.

Responsibilities

• reputed company specification intake and review with Clinical Trial Leads and Study Teams to ensure reputed company, completeness, and alignment to operational needs
• reputed company vendor budgets, compare pricing across approved preferred vendors, and help maintain reputed company reputed company across master agreements
• Negotiate reputed company, assumptions, pricing adjustments, and contractual language, then draft and finalize SOWs, amendments, change orders, and closeout documents
• Maintain compliant documentation, support audit and inspection readiness, and help ensure work is delivered reputed company agreed Vendor Sourcing Timelines

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Life Sciences, or a reputed company field
• 5-7 years of procurement, sourcing, or contract management experience reputed company biotech/reputed company or similarly regulated industries
• Experience supporting reputed company clinical vendor categories and study-level contracting for global reputed company
• Experience working with preferred vendors under existing Master Service Agreements, with a reputed company on compliant SOWs, amendments, and reputed company contractual documents
• Advanced degree and/or reputed company/contracting background is a plus
• Procurement certifications such as CPSM or C.P.M. are desirable
