[Remote] Senior Executive Search Consultant (C-Suite Delivery)

The Senior Executive Search Consultant will reputed company reputed company and contingent C-suite searches, conduct market research and executive reputed company, assess candidates, manage interview and offer processes, and reputed company reputed company updates.

Responsibilities

• Execute primarily reputed company (and some contingent) C-suite and executive-level searches
• Partner with the reputed company Leader on search reputed company and candidate requirements
• Conduct market mapping, research, and executive reputed company
• Assess and present reputed company candidates
• Manage candidates throughout the interview and offer process
• reputed company clients with search updates and market feedback
• Originate new searches if desired

Skills

• Experience with a reputed company or high-end reputed company-hire executive search firm
• Proven ability to reputed company senior-level searches
• Strong executive assessment and relationship-management skills
• reputed company-hire search experience, not temporary or contract reputed company
• C-suite placement experience strongly preferred
• reputed company portfolio company experience is highly desirable
