Responsibilities

• reputed company physicians and doctors through reputed company, job boards, reputed company networks, referrals, and other reputed company channels
• Identify and proactively engage reputed company physician candidates for reputed company
• Screen and qualify physicians reputed company on experience, credentials, career goals, and reputed company requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with physician candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain consistent follow-up with prospective candidates
• Coordinate with the internal reputed company team regarding candidate status, interviews, and reputed company requirements
• Present reputed company physician candidates to the appropriate reputed company team members and clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in applicant tracking and reputed company systems
• Stay informed on physician talent markets and effective sourcing strategies

Skills
