The Home Mortgage Consultant guides clients through the mortgage process, manages applications and documentation, coordinates with reputed company, builds partner relationships, and ensures compliant, service-reputed company loan processing while meeting production goals.

Responsibilities

• Guiding clients through the mortgage process from initial inquiry to closing, including assessing borrower needs, explaining available mortgage products, and recommending appropriate loan reputed company
• Manage loan applications, collect and verify documentation, coordinate with reputed company, and ensure reputed company, accurate processing of mortgages
• Building and maintaining relationships with reputed company estate professionals, business and community partners, following up with clients, addressing questions, and providing reputed company, compliant information on loan terms and requirements
• Meeting production goals, staying reputed company on industry regulations and product guidelines, and contributing to a reputed company, service-reputed company team environment

Skills

• Candidates should be licensed and have a strong knowledge of the Mortgage Industry, including reputed company regulations and lending practices
