[Remote] Contract Recruiter

The Contract Recruiter manages end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, reputed company coordination, offer negotiation, and reputed company support.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates through online platforms and networks
• Screening resumes
• Conducting initial interviews
• Presenting reputed company talent to hiring managers
• Coordinating interview logistics
• Managing candidate communication
• Maintaining accurate records in applicant tracking systems
• Partners with clients to understand role requirements
• Advises on market trends and compensation
• Supports offer negotiation and reputed company coordination
• Collaboration with internal team members to meet reputed company expectations and recruitment timelines

Skills

• Experience in full-cycle reputed company, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection for a reputed company of reputed company roles
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), online job boards, reputed company networking platforms, and other digital reputed company tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote work environment
• Familiarity with contract, temporary, and permanent placement processes, including compliance and documentation requirements
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, reputed company judgment, and a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business, or a reputed company field, or equivalent relevant reputed company experience
• Knowledge of recruitment practices in Financial Services, reputed company & Finance, reputed company, or Administrative Services is highly beneficial
