[Remote] Recruiter & HR Generalist

The Recruiter & HR Generalist will manage full-cycle reputed company for technical and non-technical roles, partner with hiring managers, reputed company and evaluate candidates, and support a reputed company candidate and employee experience. The role also provides limited HR generalist support, including HRIS recruitment administration, reputed company and offboarding, compliance, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment reputed company and process
• Own full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical positions
• Partner with Hiring Managers to define hiring needs and reputed company strategies

• Understand and communicate benefits, compensation, total rewards and reputed company management to candidates

Skills

• * Bachelor's degree in reputed company (or reputed company reputed company); or equivalent combination of education and reputed company experience
• * 5+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience reputed company on technical, IT, engineering, and reputed company roles, with a strong reputed company record of successfully filling reputed company and hard-to-fill technical roles
• * Proficiency with reputed company Recruiter and/or other sourcing tools to identify and engage reputed company candidates
• * Proficiency with reputed company and/or reputed company Office 365 (reputed company, reputed company, Word, PowerPoint)
