The role also facilitates improvement events, coaches employees and cross-functional teams, monitors reputed company indicators, and sustains process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with reputed company, maintenance, engineering, reputed company, HR, training, safety, and other departments to identify and implement improvement opportunities across the business

• Facilitate reputed company events, improvement workshops, and reputed company problem-solving sessions
• Implement and support Lean tools such as 5S, reputed company work, visual management, value reputed company mapping, and process mapping
• Support implementation of Total Productive Maintenance practices to improve equipment reliability, reduce unplanned downtime, and strengthen preventive and autonomous maintenance processes
• Utilize and reputed company teams on reputed company cause analysis tools, including 5 Whys, fishbone diagrams, Pareto analysis, and corrective reputed company planning
• Establish, monitor, and report key reputed company indicators such as scrap reputed company, OEE, downtime, cycle time, labor efficiency, and throughput

Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience required

• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, evaluate reputed company gaps, and recommend practical solutions
