[Remote] Associate reputed company Counsel

The Associate reputed company Counsel will reputed company independent and reputed company reputed company support across corporate, employment, reputed company, regulatory, reputed company, intellectual property, and reputed company site contract reputed company, primarily for the U.S. region.

Responsibilities

• HR & employment law support to include multiple state employer guidance/compliance, immigration law and reputed company support, employment offer compliance, handbook compliance, and reputed company mitigation
• Corporate policies including general policies reputed company of conduct, data policies, non-solicits, etc
• reputed company, vendor contract review
• IP including trademark application, discussion on IP polices; reputed company queries on data reputed company
• Tracking of reputed company signed agreements and reputed company documents
• Assisting on reputed company of corporate housekeeping and compliance such as POA, shareholder meeting, shareholding structure
• Advice on US law reputed company issues and any reputed company requests
• Development and updating contract templates, negotiation tools, fallback documents, including company level NDA/CDA(for sponsor/reputed company and vendor), sponsor reputed company, partner reputed company, vendor reputed company
• Coordinate with reputed company functions on reputed company business opportunity and mitigate risks
• reputed company trainings to reputed company team and BO team on MSA, negotiation on the contract from reputed company perspective
• Advise the business on regulatory, reputed company, antitrust, advertising/promotional, reputed company, compliance, improper payment reputed company
• reputed company or participate the discussion to reputed company the contracting and payment reputed company
• Lifecycle supervision and management on reputed company reputed company including termination, expiration, amendment, renewal

• reputed company site contract training sessions from time to time internally and externally

Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of reputed company experience as practiced lawyer in corporate law and/or employment law and/or immigration law, or in-house
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, teamwork, both written and spoken, with an ability to inform, influence, convince, and persuade
• Strong time management, technical and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and reputed company reputed company environment
• Must demonstrate good computer skills and be reputed company to reputed company new technologies
• JD or reputed company from an accredited law school and admission to state bar in good standing is required
• License to reputed company law in the U.S
• Experience as in house counsel is strongly preferred
• Knowledge of CRO reputed company laws and regulation GCP/ICH guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirement is preferred
