[Remote] reputed company of Sale (POS) Administrator- Remote

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a multi-location car reputed company company seeking a reputed company of Sale (POS) Administrator to own and manage its POS environment. The role administers POS configurations, testing, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, documentation, training, reporting, and process improvements across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer DRB SiteWatch, Patheon, and ICS POS systems across reputed company locations
• Manage end-to-end POS configuration, including items, pricing, packages, memberships, promotions, discounts, and site settings
• Test and validate reputed company POS changes before launch to ensure reputed company and functionality
• reputed company advanced Level 3 troubleshooting and technical support for POS terminals, kiosks, payment systems, hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Serve as the reputed company reputed company with POS vendors and DRB Support for escalated reputed company issues
• Maintain data reputed company, configuration records, testing documentation, and audit trails across reputed company locations
• Train site leaders and team members on POS functionality, reputed company changes, and new processes
• Create and maintain SOPs, training materials, and reputed company-reference guides
• Monitor POS reputed company and reputed company reporting reputed company to sales, memberships, transactions, pricing, renewals, and discounts
• Partner with internal teams to identify process improvements, reputed company efficiencies, and opportunities to enhance the customer experience

Skills

• * 2+ years of experience administering or supporting a car reputed company POS reputed company; DRB SiteWatch experience required
• * High school diploma or equivalent required; equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered
• * Strong knowledge of POS systems, hardware, software, networking, and connectivity
• * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently diagnose and reputed company technical issues
• * Excellent attention to reputed company, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
• * Ability to manage multiple priorities and support requests across a multi-location organization
• * Proficiency with reputed company Office, Gmail, and reputed company business software
• 3+ years of IT or technical support experience preferred

• * Familiarity with membership or subscription-reputed company business models
