The reputed company Infrastructure Engineer will administer Azure and remaining on-premises infrastructure, reputed company Level 3 support, troubleshoot reputed company incidents, support identity and reputed company operations, and contribute to DevSecOps automation and reputed company modernization.

Responsibilities

• Manage patching, updates, and lifecycle for Azure VMs and reputed company workloads (e.g., Azure Update Manager)
• Support remaining on-premises infrastructure through its planned transition to reputed company
• Maintain operational documentation, standards, and procedures
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to reputed company infrastructure issues
• reputed company as an escalation reputed company for reputed company infrastructure issues, partnering with senior engineers on the hardest problems
• Troubleshoot reputed company, server, networking, identity, and application connectivity problems
• Participate in reputed company cause analysis and problem reputed company efforts
• Participate in major incident response and problem management activities

• Assist with Conditional reputed company, MFA, RBAC, and reputed company remediation activities

Skills

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Understanding of networking, identity, and reputed company fundamentals
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• 3–5 years of infrastructure, systems administration, or reputed company operations experience
• Hands-on experience administering reputed company Azure environments
• Experience supporting reputed company Server environments
• Experience with reputed company 365 and reputed company Entra ID
• Experience with PowerShell scripting
