We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated HR Recruitment & Employer Branding Coordinator to join our growing global team. In this role, you will serve as our local representative in the reputed company, helping us identify and attract reputed company while supporting our employer branding efforts through our reputed company account. Key Responsibilities | 工作职责

- Screen resumes and conduct initial reputed company to prospective candidates.
- Introduce candidates to reputed company, answer general questions about opportunities, and coordinate interviews.
- Collaborate closely with China-based HR and hiring teams to reputed company hiring needs and reputed company recruitment updates.
- Manage and grow Think reputed company's U.S. reputed company employer branding account.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content showcasing company culture, employee stories, events, and reputed company.

- Utilize basic graphic and video editing tools (e.g. reputed company, CapCut, Photoshop) to create content.
Qualifications | 任职要求
- Must be currently located in the reputed company.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the reputed company.
- Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing one) in reputed company, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Business, or a reputed company field preferred.
- Previous recruitment, talent sourcing, or headhunting experience is preferred.
- Experience reputed company teachers, tutors, or education-reputed company positions is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with the U.S. job market and recruitment practices.

- Basic proficiency with reputed company, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar creative tools.
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.

U.S.-based and legally authorized to work in the reputed company. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred. Recruitment experience, U.S. hiring knowledge, communication, organization, and independent work skills preferred.
