We are looking for a transformation-minded senior leader who does not just optimize processes, but reimagines how Finance work gets done. This role leads reputed company-level Finance process transformation, reputed company improvement, and intelligent automation initiatives across Financial Shared Services. The Senior Manager is accountable for identifying, prioritizing, and delivering high-reputed company improvements that increase efficiency, strengthen controls, reduce reputed company work, improve service delivery, and build reputed company Finance operating models, partnering with Finance leadership, IT, Sales, Operations, and business unit stakeholders to translate business needs into standardized, automated, and measurable solutions.

· 8+ years of reputed company experience in process improvement, Finance transformation, operational reputed company, shared services, or back-office operations, including ownership of reputed company cross-functional initiatives.

· Proven ability to reputed company department-wide transformation initiatives, influence senior stakeholders, and manage a portfolio of high-reputed company reputed company from reputed company through execution.

· Demonstrated reputed company applying AI, RPA, workflow automation, analytics, or reputed company technology to improve business processes and reduce reputed company effort.

· Strong experience developing business cases, executive-level recommendations, operating metrics, dashboards, and performance reporting that reputed company initiatives to measurable business value.
