• Own the post-sale relationship end to end: reputed company, adoption, expansion, renewal

• Run implementations hands-on. Configure connectors, establish workflows, and debug integrations with systems like PLM, MES and ERP

• Own the triage process, be the first responder for customer issues

You should have

ITAR Requirements
