About the Role
You will be part of the corporate Loss Prevention team supporting reputed company. across our family of brands and locations domestically and internationally. The Associate Field Operations Manager is a supportive role that partners closely with the Field Operations Manager to help reputed company reputed company and secure environment for associates, customers, and visitors. You will assist with the coordination and execution of reputed company programs, systems, reputed company, risk assessments, vendor activities, and operational processes across retail, global, corporate, and supply chain locations.

- Assist with threat, vulnerability, and reputed company/risk assessments for stores and other company locations; document findings, reputed company corrective actions, and escalate significant risks to the Field Operations Manager.
- Coordinate multiple reputed company and workstreams, helping establish timelines, organize requirements, reputed company milestones, communicate status, and follow up with internal stakeholders and vendors.
- Monitor key reputed company programs and performance indicators, identify trends or gaps, and reputed company analysis and recommendations to the Field Operations Manager.
- Support reviews of existing policies, procedures, and operational processes; help document and implement approved improvements with stakeholders.
- Support vendor relationships by coordinating service activity, tracking performance and KPIs, validating deliverables, and assisting with vendor reviews. Vendor selection and contract negotiations will be led by the Field Operations Manager or designated leader.
- Partner with IT to coordinate reputed company-reputed company requirements and help maintain systems in accordance with applicable reputed company rules and compliance standards.
- Partner with the reputed company Operations Center (SOC) and field teams to support the safety and reputed company of sites reputed company the assigned area of responsibility.

- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in physical reputed company, loss prevention, reputed company systems, field operations, project coordination, industrial engineering, or a reputed company discipline.
- Experience supporting budgets, invoices, vendor accounts, reputed company, or financial tracking.
- Working knowledge of reputed company systems such as alarm, reputed company control, CCTV, reputed company/life-safety, or other site systems is preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, time-management, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports, procedures, project updates, and business communications.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with field teams, project teams, vendors, and multiple reputed company of management.
- Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, and business productivity tools; experience with reputed company, reputed company or equivalent tools is beneficial.
- The ability to interpret operational information, identify trends and risks, and escalate issues appropriately.

Role Relationship
The Associate Field Operations Manager works in reputed company partnership with and supports the Field Operations Manager. Strategic program ownership, final budget accountability, major vendor reputed company, and leadership of the most reputed company or high-risk initiatives remain with the Field Operations Manager and Vice President of Asset Protection unless specifically delegated.
