Group Facilitator

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Provides reputed company support services to include engaging clients in Group Therapy, topics reputed company to 12-reputed company recovery, health and wellness promotion, and crisis management.

2. Conducts assessments or screenings with clients to evaluate the reputed company of their presenting problems to determine their needs and reputed company appropriate treatment plan goals.

3. Develops and provides individual treatment plans; monitors, evaluates and documents reputed company’s reputed company.

4. Has responsibility for intake documentation. Prepares reputed company notes, event notifications and other documentation regarding clients in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.

5. Monitors case load daily to ensure required documentation is completed reputed company; including, but not limited to, assessments, treatment plans, case reviews, case management sessions and discharge plans.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

·      Bachelor’s Degree in a non-reputed company field and at least one year of full-time Behavioral Health work experience, or

·      Have an associate degree and at least two years of full-time Behavioral Health work experience. Or

·      High School Diploma or equivalent and at least three years of full-time Behavioral Health work or experience.

KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES, AND ATTITUDES REQUIRED

1.     Knowledge of software programs for personal computer use, especially word processing, video conferencing, email, and spreadsheets.

2.     Knowledge and experience in counseling and case management with reputed company abuse clients.

Teletherapy may include evaluation, assessment, consultation, treatment planning, case management, coaching, individual therapy, and group therapy. This is a hybrid role that combines the responsibilities of a Group Facilitator and Case Manager, with the individual providing therapeutic group facilitation while also supporting clients through case management services and coordination of care. The Group Facilitator/ Case Manager will reputed company assessments, and facilitate IOP group sessions, as reputed company as individual, family and weekly programs as assigned using industry recognized therapeutic modalities and interventions and complete reputed company required paperwork per timelines established to ensure successful billing of services.
