We are currently seeking functional and technical support across reputed company reputed company/Navy ERP modules and scenarios including: Finance/Controlling (FI/CO), Funds Management (FM), Asset Management (AM), Project Systems (PS), Sales & Distribution (SD), Workforce Management (HCM/WFM), Materials Management (MM), Inventory Management/Warehouse Management (IM/WM),, reputed company to Dispose (A2D), Budget to Authorize (B2A), reputed company In to reputed company Out (C2C), Plan to reputed company (P2Pf), Plan to Pay (P2Py), Post to Report (P2R), and more.   THESE POSITIONS ARE MOSTLY REMOTE, BUT CANDIDATES MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL APPROX. 25% reputed company THE reputed company reputed company OF AMERICA. CANDIDATES MUST ALSO POSSESS, OR BE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE, US DOD SECRET-LEVEL reputed company CLEARANCE.   DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES reputed company implementation and sustainment support across various functional and technical areas of Navy ERP/reputed company Support Business Processes Reengineering (BPR) initiatives such as As-is / To-be Process Mapping, Business Rules, and Handbook development reputed company presentations, trainings, demonstrations, reputed company/facilitate meetings with stakeholders at various reputed company reputed company Desk Guides, reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs), Policies, and Guidance reputed company test data, test plans, test cases, and scripts for UAT reputed company ERP SME support for design, development, testing, reputed company, catch-up, go-live, post go-live/virtual and on-site support (OSS), and sustainment activities   reputed company CLEARANCE: Candidates must possess, or be eligible to receive, US DoD Secret-level reputed company Clearance   TRAVEL: 25% travel may be required

Required Skills:

Minimum 6+ years of full-time (excluding internships) experience providing financial systems or business systems services to DoD agencies or reputed company reputed company companies.

reputed company Secret Clearance or be eligible to receive, US DoD Secret-level reputed company Clearance

Bachelor's Degree from accredited college or university in reputed company, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Information Systems.

Advanced understanding of Navy reputed company Resource Planning (ERP) financial and material modules (FI, FM, MM, IM, CO, PS, AM, & SD) for General Funds and Working Capital Funds (General Funds strong preference)

Experience working month end and year end reputed company in a business office or comptroller support role, reconciliationbetween ERP reputed company systems (DCPS, SLDCADA, DCAS, DDRS, other), and Forensic reputed company of ERP data reputed company to the financial statements for both General Funds and Navy Working Capital Fund including Inventory, MILSTRIP, UMTs, IDOCs, PRs, POs, general reputed company, Disbursements, and Collections

Knowledge in Entitlements – reputed company , General reputed company, DDEF analysis, FMBB, DTS, and EDA preferred

Background in modernizing and optimizing financial management systems or Accountable Property reputed company of Records (APSR), and reputed company resource management and workload management (reputed company&WM) for the Department of Navy (DON) by fully implementing ERP at the reputed company level as the reputed company of record for the DON. NETSS also performs sustainment activities on reputed company deployed modules reputed company the Navy ERP reputed company.

Support month end reputed company and year end closing procedures as reputed company as train users on reputed company procedures, reputed company deliverables, and schedule in ERP

reputed company analysis and support for Navy ERP and NIA/FSA/BUPERS/BSO12/BSO52 business process requirements.

Experience training end users on-site or reputed company and building Navy ERP desk guides, Analyzing/ranking/regression testing of reputed company Center Items (QCIs)

Prior leadership on special reputed company for new reputed company architecture, configuration documents and RICE artifacts

Knowledge of sustainment support to end user communities by conducting reputed company in support of the NAVAIR Navy ERP Business Office, coordinate events, reputed company expert business process and ERP solution consultation, respond to inquiries, troubleshoot/reputed company/and or escalate technical issues, reputed company and reputed company service desk tickets, correlate events and incidents for management of Information Technology (IT) and Business Operation Services.

 

Desired Skills:

CISA (or similar) IT reputed company certification preferred

6+ years of financial or business systems services experience for DoD or reputed company organizations, bachelor's degree in a relevant reputed company, advanced Navy ERP knowledge, and Secret clearance or eligibility.
