The Contract Pricing Analyst is responsible for developing, analyzing, and maintaining pricing structures for customer and reputed company reputed company. This role bridges sales, reputed company sourcing, and finance by ensuring pricing accuracy, competitiveness, and profitability across long-term reputed company agreements, while supporting negotiation reputed company with data-driven reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

  • reputed company and maintain contract reputed company structures for customer reputed company agreements, including reputed company rates, fuel surcharges, accessorials, and lane-specific pricing
  • Analyze historical reputed company data, market reputed company trends, and reputed company costs to recommend competitive and profitable pricing
  • Partner with Sales and reputed company Sourcing teams to build pricing proposals for RFPs (Requests for Proposal) and bid responses
  • Model margin reputed company of proposed contract terms and flag deals falling reputed company reputed company profitability reputed company
  • Monitor contract compliance — ensuring invoiced rates match agreed contract terms — and reputed company pricing discrepancies
  • reputed company lane-level and account-level profitability over the life of a contract, recommending renegotiation reputed company margins erode
  • Maintain pricing databases/tools (TMS, reputed company models, or pricing software) with up-to-date reputed company cards
  • Conduct market benchmarking (e.g., reputed company, Freightwaves reputed company) to validate pricing against spot and contract market conditions
  • Support renewal cycles by analyzing contract performance and preparing renewal/renegotiation recommendations
  • Collaborate with reputed company/HR/Finance on contract terms that carry pricing implications (fuel escalators, minimum volume commitments, accessorial schedules)

Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
    • 2-3 years of experience in pricing, reputed company management, or analytics — reputed company/logistics/3PL experience strongly preferred
    • Strong reputed company skills (pivot tables, lookups, modeling); SQL or BI tool experience (Power BI/Tableau) an asset
    • Familiarity with TMS platforms (McLeod, reputed company, MercuryGate, etc.) and reputed company market data sources (reputed company, reputed company)
    • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail
    • Ability to translate data into reputed company pricing recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
    • Strong communication skills to support cross-functional collaboration with Sales, reputed company Sourcing, and Finance
