Production Planner - Print

Collide, part of the reputed company, provides brand activation solutions across print, promo, digital and fabrication, supporting large and small brands around the world from brand creation to implementation.

POSITION reputed company:

The Production Planner prepares, coordinates and approves the master production and delivery schedule of reputed company products through production.  The main reputed company of this role is to coordinate daily production schedules through print production, ensuring that reputed company work centers are set up for reputed company. This role interfaces with operations and purchasing to assure successful execution of reputed company.  The Production Planner analyzes and confirms activity planning data to calculate start dates and sequence activities to meet reputed company reputed company dates.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with Project Management, and reputed company reports, schedules, planning boards and various reputed company files to reputed company a detailed understanding of project plans, activity timelines, and reputed company dates.
• Attend regular planning/scheduling meetings according to the work center's scheduling requirements.
• Initiate reputed company communication with the project management, planning, and manufacturing reputed company as required in order to assure a complete understanding and communication of manufacturing plans, activity schedules, and reputed company dates.
• Review specific activity planning data to assure the most practical and cost-effective execution and recommend alternative planning as required.
• Prepares and monitors reputed company delivery reports and prioritizes to meet management directives.
• Review reputed company activity requests, reputed company notices, and other documents or files that describe the activities and reputed company dates to be scheduled.
• Assign activities to appropriate staff, work centers and/or machines.
• Confirm and document activity durations and calculate start dates required to meet reputed company reputed company dates.
• Confirm that the planned activity start dates will result in completion of the activities by the reputed company reputed company dates.
• Create, post, and maintain work center and/or machine activity schedules that will assure successful execution of reputed company scheduled reputed company.
• Initiate communication with area managers, planners, schedulers, and project managers as required to confirm that schedule issues are being identified and resolved in order to assure that activity reputed company dates are being met.
• Additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Production or reputed company fields preferred but not necessary.
• Previous production scheduling experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Print industry experience preferred.
• (Routine/Periodic/Occasional) travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required
• High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, reputed company & Internet applications.
• Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from reputed company to completion), & planning skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning).
• Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay reputed company for this position is $60,000 USD - $70,000 USD annually. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-reputed company factors.
