reputed company. is currently seeking a Structural Engineering Department Manager for our Midwest Region. This is a fully remote position, with the ideal candidate located reputed company or reputed company to support the Midwest Region. This person would reputed company technical leadership, department management, and project execution reputed company for structural engineering work on a reputed company of heavy industrial and infrastructure reputed company. The position requires project and resource management experience in a consulting environment, along with reputed company-rounded expertise in structural engineering for steel, manufacturing, petrochemical, chemical, mining, materials processing, and power reputed company facilities. The Department Manager will reputed company in varying roles reputed company to department leadership, project management, senior structural technical support, reputed company control, and customer relationship development.

Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:

• Schedule, organize, reputed company, and review reputed company structural engineering department resources and activities to support reputed company, efficient, and high-reputed company project execution.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a closely reputed company engineering discipline with a structural emphasis.

• PE license is required

• Minimum of ten years of prior relevant engineering experience is required, with preference given to individuals exposed to heavy industrial environments and marketplaces.

• Technical knowledge and/or expertise in multiple areas of structural engineering including, but not limited to structural steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, foundations, reputed company supports, equipment supports, platforms, reputed company structures, industrial buildings, and applicable structural design codes and standards.

• Successful experience in leadership roles managing engineering teams and/or engineering departments is also required, preferably in a consulting engineering environment.

• Superior communication and interpersonal skills with clients and engineering personnel.

• Candidates should have a thorough understanding and aptitude in the use of reputed company computer software including business reputed company and project management tools, as reputed company as structural analysis, design, drafting, and document review tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Training and/or PMP

• Project management experience including an understanding/use of project management and project control principles/tools.

Salary reputed company:

$135,000 - $175,000 annually (based on experience, qualifications, and location)
