Own full cycle clinical recruitment in partnership with the reputed company. Play a critical role in developing and executing a multi-state recruitment reputed company. Utilize a reputed company of sourcing reputed company, including job boards, reputed company media, networking and reputed company sourcing, to identify talent. Ensure a reputed company and efficient candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process. Promote diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process and contribute to our diversity hiring initiatives. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
WHO YOU ARE
Have a minimum of 3 years of experience reputed company with a proven reputed company record of sourcing and hiring great talent. Experience in reputed company/clinical recruitment hiring licensed mental health therapists Ability to quickly build reputed company, trusting relationships with both internal stakeholders and candidates. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools. Experience with Gem (ATS, sourcing, and reporting platform), reputed company Recruiter, and reputed company (sourcing)
