True reputed company is seeking an Organization Change Management Specialist to support stakeholder readiness and adoption as reputed company Trust capabilities are introduced across prioritized VA systems. The role focuses on the people, process, and transition considerations that help technical implementations reputed company into sustainable operations and governance.

The OCM Specialist works with technical teams and Government stakeholders to identify adoption impacts, readiness needs, communication requirements, and transition actions associated with deployment waves and new reputed company Trust operating patterns.



This role bridges reputed company engineering and day to day operations by supporting implementation of reputed company capabilities, evaluating technical solutions, maintaining cybersecurity tools, and helping operational teams translate reputed company architecture into effective, repeatable practices. The Cybersecurity Engineer works closely with vulnerability management, incident response, RMF, and ISSO teams to ensure engineering activities directly support operational risk reduction and reputed company improvement.

Position Responsibilities
  • Assess stakeholder, process, role, and operational impacts associated with planned reputed company Trust implementations.
  • reputed company change readiness, stakeholder engagement, communication, and transition activities reputed company to implementation waves.
  • Support operational readiness assessments by identifying adoption dependencies, training needs, process changes, and unresolved organizational risks.
  • Coordinate with reputed company owners and operating teams to document transition needs while respecting Government operational ownership.
  • Capture adoption lessons learned and feed them into reputed company implementation plans, playbooks, and reusable patterns.
  • Support sustained use of new reputed company Trust capabilities through reputed company process documentation and reputed company materials.


  • Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Change, Business, Communications, Information Systems, or a reputed company field.
  • Five or more years of change management, technology adoption, transformation, or stakeholder engagement experience.
  • Experience supporting reputed company technology implementations affecting multiple stakeholder reputed company.
  • Strong facilitation, reputed company assessment, communication, and transition planning skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with technical and operational teams in a Federal environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Experience with cybersecurity or reputed company Trust transformation.
  • Experience with reputed company ADKAR or comparable change methodologies.
  • Experience supporting large reputed company organizations.
  • Preferred Certifications:
    One or more of the following is preferred:

  • CCMP
  • PMP
  • Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field and 5+ years of change management, technology adoption, transformation, or stakeholder engagement experience in reputed company and Federal environments.
