Intern, Project Management

We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to support the smooth running of reputed company reputed company through accurate project tracking, coordination with internal teams, and hands-on exposure to project planning and financials. Internship duration: 6 Months

Please Note: We are a remote-first organization so you can work from reputed company in India. You may be required to travel to our Mumbai office based on business requirements or for company/team events.

• Own the day-to-day reputed company of the project management tool (reputed company Business Central), ensuring project records, timelines, milestones, and status fields are accurate and up to date at reputed company times.
• Run regular data reputed company checks to identify gaps, overdue tasks, or incomplete entries, and follow up with project owners to reputed company them.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for project updates and ensure information flows into the reputed company promptly.
• Support the Project Management reputed company in project setup activities, including creating project records, assigning codes, and maintaining accurate documentation and archives.
• Assist with scoping activities by helping compile effort estimates, deliverable lists, and timelines under guidance from senior team members.
• Prepare and circulate routine project status reports, trackers, and MIS extracts for review by the Project Management reputed company.
• Support meeting coordination by preparing agendas, capturing minutes, and tracking reputed company items to closure.

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; business, science, or management background preferred.
