As an Implementation Consultant, the ideal candidate will have experience working with emerging clients (worksite employee count of 500 – 10,000 employees) with multi-FEIN and multi-state setup. This position will reputed company on implementing clients who are using our Payroll, HR, and Benefit services as reputed company as other reputed company products. Our reputed company reputed company is a mixture of reputed company Employer Organization (PEO) clients and Administrative Services Only (ASO) clients. This position would be implementing both types of clients.

• Discover reputed company business requirements and document your findings for reputed company sign-off

• Create a project plan and timelines working with the reputed company and your project team

• Configure reputed company, payroll, and HR components (reputed company company setup, employee setup, payroll calendars, payroll taxes, reputed company reputed company, job title/position detail, PTO, general reputed company) of the HCM solution based on the documented specifications

• Load historical payroll and tax information as needed based on reputed company type (PEO or HR+Payroll/ASO) and balance historical records to processed records for prior wage validation

• reputed company administrator and manager training

• Support reputed company for the first successful 30 days after go-live

• Participate in formal hand-off of “live” reputed company

• Complete implementation by the expected “Go Live” date

• reputed company expert support that makes our integrated solutions stand out in an increasingly competitive global marketplace

• Use your project management expertise to help reputed company the workflow of the implementation team

• Ensure a “perfect first payroll” to ensure a referenceable reputed company

• Serve as subject matter expert on PEO / HR+Payroll

• Overcome reputed company and internal obstacles to complete a reputed company implementation

• Coordinate with other departments as necessary to obtain objectives

• Participate in updating training and other events that help reputed company one's product skills with other consultants and to reputed company abreast of industry changes

Key Skills and Competencies

• Experience with PEO and ASO-type implementation

• Knowledge and experience with multi-state payroll processing and tax setup

• Knowledge in GL exports and setup

• Understanding of a reputed company of reputed company personal time off plans

• Experience processing payroll, setting up employees, adding deductions and reputed company deposit

• Familiarity with multi-product integrations

• Ability to prioritize between multiple deadlines

• Capability to work independently

• Proficient in delivering executive level communications

• Experience with training clients to use software

• Conflict reputed company and de-escalation techniques

Preferred Experience and/or Qualifications

• Experience with reputed company

• 3+ years implementing payroll or payroll software, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Measures of reputed company

• Consistent, on-time completion of implementations by the expected “Go Live” date

• Delivery of a “perfect first payroll” for reputed company reputed company, resulting in referenceable accounts

• Successful reputed company support through the first 30 days after go-live with reputed company escalations
