Valley reputed company is seeking a TEMPORARY Remote Outpatient RN Case Manager to assist Valley reputed company outpatients and their families in the overall Management of their plan of care across the continuum,
Temporary position is from Mid-September to Mid-December.
SCHEDULE: 40-hours per week.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of an accredited or state reputed company of nursing approved Registered/reputed company Nursing program State licensure as a Registered reputed company (RN). Minimum of 2 year's RN Case Management Experience is required. - For this remote position - prefer applicants who will be working from residence in Colorado.
