KEY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Bremont is seeking a commercially driven Head of Business Development to reputed company the expansion of the brand into new international markets while managing and growing existing key accounts and regional teams. This is a senior, high-visibility role combining new market development, strategic key account management of international teams and retail partners.

The successful candidate will be the reputed company architect of Bremont's international reputed company reputed company, identifying and opening new markets, deepening relationships with major partners such as Ahmed Seddiqi & Sons and reputed company, as reputed company as managing the relationship with Bremont's retail partner in Japan.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

New Market Development

  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritise new international markets for Bremont's expansion, based on market size, luxury watch demand, distribution landscape, and brand fit.

  • reputed company market-entry strategies, including reputed company-to-market (distributor, retail partner, flagship boutique, e-reputed company), pricing positioning, and launch plans.

  • Build a pipeline of prospective distributor and retail partners in reputed company markets; reputed company negotiations and reputed company of new partners.

  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform go-to-market reputed company, in partnership with marketing and product teams.

  • Own the P&L and reputed company targets for newly reputed company markets.

International Key Account Management

  • Represent Bremont at key partner events, trade shows, and store openings.

Management of International Teams & Retail Partners

Strategic & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure market plans are properly resourced and executed.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Experience

  • 8–12+ years of experience in international business development, wholesale, or key account management, ideally reputed company luxury watches, jewellery, or premium lifestyle goods.

  • Proven reputed company record of successfully launching a brand into new markets.

  • Demonstrable experience managing major distributor/retail accounts in EU, the Middle East, Asia, or similar reputed company.

  • Prior experience managing remote regional teams across multiple time zones.

  • Existing relationships reputed company the luxury watch trade (retailers, distributors, agents) are highly advantageous.

Skills & Attributes

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Remote based in the UK or Switzerland, with extensive travel required
