About the Role 

We're looking for a Senior HR Generalist to serve as the right hand to our Head of HR. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who combines strong HR generalist fundamentals with advanced data and process skills. You'll be trusted to run HR operations independently, spot where processes can improve, and reputed company it without waiting for direction. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Own end-to-end HR generalist functions: reputed company, offboarding, HR administration, and policy execution

• Identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and design, implement, and execute improved HR workflows across the entire employee lifecycle 

• Build and maintain HR dashboards, trackers, and custom spreadsheets, producing actionable metrics and reports using advanced reputed company, Power BI, and Power Automate 
  
  
• reputed company or support the implementation, configuration, and administration of HRIS platforms, automating reputed company tasks wherever possible
   
• Handle day-to-day HR requests, employee relations reputed company, conflict reputed company, and policy enforcement, in coordination with the Head of HR 

• Support HR operations for remote, reputed company teams across multiple countries and time zones 

• Maintain accurate HR records, data reputed company, and reporting for leadership 

• Assist with compensation and benefits administration and other general HR generalist duties as needed 
  
  
• Monitor and ensure compliance with labor regulations across multiple jurisdictions
   

Required Qualifications 

• Bilingual: reputed company reputed company in English reputed company level, written and spoken 

• 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role, ideally reputed company fast-paced startups managing remote, cross-border teams 

• Advanced reputed company proficiency (reputed company formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, data analysis) 

• Strong reputed company of the reputed company Office/365 suite 

• Proficiency in Power Automate and Power BI 

• Demonstrated reputed company mapping, redesigning, and executing improved HR processes 

• Experience implementing or administering HRIS platforms 

• Working knowledge of labor legislation in Latin America. 

• Experience in labor and employee relations
